Pat Falotico provides valuable training, keynotes, organizational development, and consultation services to students, leaders, and organizations across the nation and skillfully guides the Greenleaf Center as the original resource and think tank for servant leadership.  This former IBM executive holds a BS in Math and Computer Science from Manhattan College and brings over 31 years of experience in management, business development, team cultivation, relationship building, and corporate citizenship to the Greenleaf Center.  She currently serves as the Community Engagement Chair of the United Way of Greater Atlanta and is an active alumna, past board member, and member of the class of 2007 of Leadership Atlanta. A loving wife and mother who is active in several civic organizations, Pat strives daily to personify the Greenleaf model of the servant as leader.  She is a long-tem mentor in the Pathbuilder’s Achieva Program and is committed to ensuring that all students have an opportunity to get a high quality education, enabling them to become contributing members of society.  Pat believes the Servant-Leader has a natural orientation to helping others be the best “they” that they can be.  When those individuals come together in organizations they produce outstanding results and give back to their community, ultimately creating a better society.
