On the Money Radio Tackles Cloud Security on Gwinnett Business RadioX

DULUTH, GA–(Marketwired – April 29, 2016) – On the Money Radio dedicated this episode to a topic of growing interest to businesses small and large — cloud security. Host Joe Moss welcomed Olivia Rose Jenkins from QloudSecure to lend her expertise on this hot topic.

Jenkins founded QloudSecure earlier this year to address the concerns of law firms about exposure to the risks of data breaches, leakage, theft and subsequent liabilities. They have established themselves as a technology consulting services company that offers law firms the strategy, guidance and support they need to migrate to, and successfully operate on, a centralized cloud computing infrastructure. This type of infrastructure offers a turn-key solution for law firms’ explicit needs.

“Don’t trust!” Jenkins shared with On the Money listeners. “Data is a very expensive commodity… Guard it!”

QloudSecure has a proprietary six step process called QloudPrint, which helps businesses close gaps for good. It includes:

1) Discovering risk

2) Assessing the potential business impact

3) Designing a plan to close the gaps

4) Deploying security controls, as well as providing policies and procedures

5) Educating employees on best security practices to reduce potential issues going forward

6) Managing the service for businesses that do not have access to a good IT resource

Everything is customized to a business’ specific environment and tailored towards small to medium law firms.

DULUTH, GA–(Marketwired – February 01, 2016) – On December 10, 2015, On The Money welcomed to the studio Stan Hall with the Gwinnett Sports Commission. Host Joe Moss sat down with Hall to discuss the business of sports in Gwinnett County.

Stan Hall is the Executive Director of the Gwinnett Sports Commission. The mission of the GSC is to foster economic development through coordinating and developing Gwinnett’s role as a leading site for sports events involving youth, collegiate, amateur and professional organizations.

Sports is big business in Gwinnett County. Hall’s expertise shed some light on the professional and amateur sports landscape and what lies ahead. During the interview, he talked about the economic impact of sports in Gwinnett County, and what the county’s four major sports properties bring to the area, both economically and for the area’s quality of life.

According to Hall, “Our studies show that the annual PGA Champions event alone has a $10-$12 million economic impact on Gwinnett County, and combined with the local sports franchises (Braves, Gladiators), we’re looking at a $20-$25 million dollar annual impact.”

The county is home to the Gwinnett Braves baseball team, Atlanta Gladiators hockey team, Georgia Swarm lacrosse team and a PGA Champions Tour golf tournament, the annual Mitsubishi Electric Classic at the TPC Sugarloaf.
