Use this solicitation if you plan on having contact directly with the guest. You will want to use a layout similar to direct contact with guest.

The interview will be approximately 10 -15 minutes. If you are promoting a product, book, or DVD, please send a sample or demo product prior to your appearance so we can fully discuss it.
