ATLANTA, GA–(Marketwired – October 27, 2015) – On October 14, 2015, Silver Lining in the Cloud welcomed to the studio Preeti Maini with Deloitte Consulting. Host Dominick Rainey sat down with Maini to learn about Deloitte’s SAP practice.
Maini is a manager in the Deloitte Consulting — SAP practice, where she handles a wide variety of information management projects on behalf of her clients, primarily leveraging SAP systems. Deloitte Consulting is organized into three primary service areas: Human Capital, Strategy & Operations, and Technology. Maini’s SAP practice serves the Technology sector, delivering solutions that help drive transformation, improve productivity, and streamline business operations.
Maini explained her team’s process in handling premier clients. “Our typical project offers a suite implementation. We look at a company’s reporting, their analytics, how they’re consolidating reports, any kind of planning and forecasting process. And what we usually see is that from a big perspective, their top challenges include having inconsistent processes, they don’t have master data, they don’t have a global chart of accounts. As a result, they’re not able to do easy reporting.”
With several years’ experience at IBM doing SAP implementations globally, Maini brings a wealth of experience in planning, architecting, designing, developing, and implementing complex business intelligence and data warehousing solutions to the Deloitte Consulting team.
